My Story
I’m Blue Day, a multidisciplinary artist whose work has lived on the Las Vegas Strip and on stages across the U.S. I began my journey in film makeup before stepping behind the camera, where I built a career in entertainment photography. My maker background is formally recognized at the master level through cosplay craftsmanship competitions, and I’ve taught these skills nationally at conventions and workshops.
Once upon a time, I was just a girl with a camera in my garage, a hot glue gun, and a few too many ideas. Knightly Focus is where I craft worlds, don the armor, and turn fantasy into art.
But Neon Cowgirl Media is where the magic happens. It’s home base for anyone ready to turn their cosplay passion into their calling. I’m here to be your knight in shining sequins but now I’m showing you how to shine too!
I began as an FX makeup artist for film before evolving into a commercial photographer backed with my own virtual production studio shooting full-scale campaigns. My background in award-winning cosplay craftsmanship gives me a unique advantage: I don’t just shoot the fantasy: I build it.
